La Fabrique de la Danse introduces its first Choreographic Summer Lab! From July 24th to July 29th, join us in a unique workshop in Paris. This one-week program will give you the opportunity to explore your creativity and deepen your technical knowledge. If you are a choreographer starting up a new creation and wanting to grow faster, this workshop is for you!
For the first time ever, La Fabrique de la Danse is introducing a new kind of Summer Intensive. Tailored to the needs of international choreographers, it is designed to give all the tools needed to an artist who wants to have the knowledge to better prepare himself for his new project.
During this workshop, you will explore your choreographic process with Christine Bastin. Christine is the Artistic Director of La Fabrique de la Danse. She has been a choreographer for more than 30 years, she has created dozens of cutting-edge dance performances. She is now transmitting her knowledge and experience to young choreographers.
You will also learn about Lighting with Emmanuelle Stäuble. Emmanuelle has been a technical director for more than 20 years. She will provide you with all the theoretical, as well as practical knowledge on how to use the full potential of light in your creation.
Finally, two short sessions will give insights on how to pitch your project like a pro and a how to create your dance company in France.
